Delivery

  • We ship via InPost and DPD courier companies. They guarantee fast and timely sending of parcels to any indicated place in Poland on the next business day between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
  • International shipping is via DHL and may take 2-5 business days.
  • Packages are insured.
  • Orders to countries outside the European Union may involve additional fees (customs duties, VAT) on the recipient's side. As the sender, we are not responsible for the amount of these fees.

What to do if I notice damage to the shipment?

In order to confirm the damage, it is necessary to take photos of the damaged parcel and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. If such an activity was not possible at the time of delivery, please contact the Service Department to place an order for such a report to be prepared. The Contact Center is at your disposal at the following telephone numbers: 22 577 55 55 or 801 400 373. You can also place an order via e-mail at cc@dpd.com.pl. Writing a damage report does not trigger the complaint procedure. After completing the damage report, you must submit an official complaint.

By choosing the "cash on delivery" option, the customer undertakes to collect and pay for the order.

When choosing payment by traditional transfer, the customer must take into account the possibility of extending the order processing time.
