Returns and complaints
The customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a cash refund. In exceptional cases, if the return deadline is exceeded, please contact us by e-mail - we will try to offer a satisfactory solution.
Products purchased in a stationary store are not returnable - they can be exchanged for another product or a gift voucher.
In order to make a return/exchange, the goods cannot show signs of use and must be in the same condition in which the customer received them. It must have tags (if attached by the manufacturer) and cannot be washed. It must also be returned in its original packaging with a completed return form.
In accordance with consumer law, products such as underwear, unpacked pacifiers, opened cosmetics, cosmetic accessories such as face rollers, hair and body brushes and hygiene products CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.
If a customer wants to return a product that is part of a promotional set (full price product + discounted/free product), they must return the entire set.
RETURNS
To make a return, please complete the formula and attach it to the shipment. If you are unable to print the form, please write down the necessary data by hand on a piece of paper or send the form by e-mail.
For logistical reasons we do not accept returns in the stationary boutique. Sending the return to the warehouse address gives the customer confidence that the return will not be lost and will be delivered directly to the person responsible for the returns and complaints department, thanks to which it will be processed quickly and efficiently.

If your return is approved by us, we will immediately transfer the funds to the account number you provided or issue a voucher for a given amount to be used in our store (depending on the option selected in the form).
We reserve 14 days to process the return.
The return must be sent back at your own expense via any courier. We do not collect parcels from parcel lockers or collection points.
EXCHANGES
Products can only be exchanged in a stationary boutique. If you are unable to visit us stationary, exchanging the goods involves returning the products in accordance with the procedure described above and placing a new order in the online store.
We kindly ask you to return the products along with the completed return form - this allows us to efficiently carry out the procedure of returning the funds to your account.
COMPLAINTS
For complaints about a defective product, please contact us by e-mail kontakt@bebeconcept.pl - Please attach the completed complaint form and photos showing the defect.
We immediately forward the case to the manufacturer of the damaged item and follow its instructions.
