Air bubbles are unavoidable in PUR production and are therefore considered a natural part of the product\u0026#39;s expression. Air bubbles will primarily be located on the underside, appearing as small dark spots (most visible on light-colored materials), but these do not affect the product\u0026#39;s functionality or durability.

Cleaning: Clean the surface with a damp cloth, water, and regular soap. Do not use cleaning agents/disinfectants containing alcohol, such as alcohol-based household cleaners, hand sanitizers, and disinfectant wipes/cleaning cloths.

NOTE: Placement in direct sunlight may cause fading or discoloration. A strong odor may develop after removing the packaging. This is not harmful or toxic and will disappear over time with cleaning and airing.

Delivery:

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.

We also ship orders on delivery.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
