Możecie ją prać w pralce w temperaturze maksymalnej 40° oraz prasować. Pamiętajcie jednak, że Dou Dou Duck nie lubi wybielaczy i suszarki bębnowej. Prawidłowo wyprana będzie jeszcze bardziej miękka i delikatna.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.

The standard shipping time is 1-2 business days.

Returns:

The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.

We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
