HOW TO USE:
START your routine by gently combing your hair before washing to remove impurities and product residue. This will ensure better distribution of the shampoo and more effective cleansing. You can use the Coastal Comb for this, which is perfect for combing even the most unruly strands. Pro tip: comb your hair in the direction you will rinse it after washing. If you wash your hair upside down, comb your hair the same way - upside down.
WET your hair with lukewarm water.
CLOSE YOUR EYES, apply shampoo to your scalp and massage gently. Avoid rubbing the ends. Instead, let the velvety lather flow gently through your hair. At this stage, you may not notice much lather, as sebum and styling product residue are being broken down.
TAKE A DEEP BREATH and immerse yourself in the soothing scent of neroli, musk and sandalwood.
RINSE your hair with lukewarm water, then reapply shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
GENTLY SQUEEZE excess water from your hair and follow with The Signature Conditioner to leave your hair feeling exceptionally moisturised, silky soft and intensely nourished.

We ship via renowned courier companies InPost and DPD (in Poland) and DHL (abroad). They guarantee fast and timely shipment of parcels. We also deliver orders to InPost parcel lockers throughout Poland.
The standard delivery time is 1-2 business days.
We also ship orders on delivery.
Returns:
The customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without having to provide a reason for withdrawing from the purchase contract.
We try to refund funds immediately after receiving and checking the shipment from the customer.
